THE SACRED BEAN

This branding project was inspired by a black and gold paper coffee cup I designed for a project called the Sacred Object. I named the coffee bean design within the cup the Sacred Bean because it was meant to represent the All Seeing Eye but for coffee. In this project I utilized the same color palette and symbols to create a mysterious and satirical coffee brand that will take you paradise. I designed a series of assets such as patterns, cups, a logo, cup sleeve, and coffee bags for three different flavors. The three flavors include Shangri, Aaru, and Elysium. Each of these flavor names are derived from cultures who view these places as heavenly.
